Qualifications

• 4+ years leading cross-functional projects in international environments.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) or relevant degree with project knowledge.
• Ability to adapt approaches to different project environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects and programs.
• Define project documentation, governance, and decision forums.
• Be primary contact for project and promote alignment across teams.
• Monitor health with KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Present updates to senior management and advocate for the team.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Support planning, change activities, and skill development.
