Job summary

ABB seeks a Product Manager for the Mobile ePower line within the Motion Traction Division. The role covers the full lifecycle from development to go-to-market, pricing and profitability, with a hybrid work model.

You will lead market intelligence, define strategies for Inverters, oversee the offer lifecycle, and coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and production to maximize value and growth.

Qualifications

• Requires master’s degree in electrical or electronic engineering.
• Controls product management activities across lifecycle in industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead market intelligence for off-highway vehicles and marine electrification.
• Define and implement product strategy for Mobile ePower Inverters including pricing and profitability.
• Own technical and market specifications and develop a sustainable growth roadmap.
• Oversee offer lifecycle management, performance metrics, and obsolescence decisions.
• Prioritize new offering development projects with cross-functional teams.
• Set targets and monitor costs, support operations to maximize competitiveness.
• Define customer value propositions and communicate offering positioning.
