Grace is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join our Business Management team in Poznan, Poland. The role reports to the Director, Product Management, based in Worms, Germany, and will support product master data management and the Management of Change process for the Materials Technologies division.

You will create and update MT Product Information sheets, adjust portfolio and material master data, coordinate BMOC, prepare information forms with inputs from other functions, and drive

Qualifications

• 2-4 years related experience (master data or process management).
• Experience with SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create and update MT Product Information sheets.
• Update product portfolio and material master data.
• Coordinate the BMOC process, including initiation, documentation collection, and approvals.
• Prepare material information forms with inputs from other functions.
• Follow-up with stakeholders to progress BMOCs to closure.
• Ad hoc reporting on product related data.
