Job summary

ZF Group is offering a Trainee Program in the Global Procurement Department in Częstochowa. You will join a multinational procurement team, participate in projects and work with cross-functional areas to optimize purchasing data and outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Polish (B2). A driving license (B) is a plus, and the program includes 15 months of employment with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and able to work in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a global procurement team and gain hands-on experience in supply chain management.
• Participate in project teams and contribute to implementing procurement projects.
• Collaborate with buyers and cross-functional areas such as development, quality, logistics and cost engineering.
• Independently evaluate and prepare purchasing data to support team goals.
