Michael Page in Poland is seeking a Procurement Project & Process Specialist to join an international organization and drive procurement transformation across multiple business units. The role blends project management, process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and strategic purchasing in a global Shared Services Centre.

You will lead procurement projects from planning to implementation, develop purchasing strategies, deploy new processes and tools, and manage change, training, and KPI

Qualifications

• Global procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• Experience managing projects and driving process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Process-oriented with experience in complex organizations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English (min B2) and Polish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and purchasing projects from planning through implementation.
• Support development and execution of purchasing strategies across categories.
• Drive deployment of new procurement processes and tools.
• Coordinate change management, communication and end-user training.
• Monitor new processes and identify further improvements.
• Establish objectives, deliverables, timelines and success measures.
• Coordinate suppliers, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor budgets and support cost-effective decision making.
• Conduct cost analyses and savings assessments.
• Diagnose inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Conduct market research and supplier analysis.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand requirements.
• Maintain procurement documentation and KPI tracking.
• Resolve procurement issues and discrepancies.
• Prepare regular status updates for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Support process transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
