Job summary

Precisely is seeking a motivated Corporate Counsel to support global procurement and manage IP portfolio strategy from its Bielsko-Biała base. You will draft, negotiate and manage vendor/supplier agreements including MSAs, SOWs, SaaS, and cloud contracts, coordinating with Finance, IT, Marketing and HR.

The role requires a Law degree, admission to practice in the local jurisdiction, 5–7 years PQE in procurement and IP, and strong English language skills.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited institution and admission to practice law in the local jurisdiction.
• 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in vendor/procurement contracting and IP.
• Minimum 2 years in-house experience preferred; top law firm experience is a plus.
• Professional fluency in English for advanced legal reading, writing and communication.
• Experience negotiating complex technology agreements, DPAs, and professional services.

Responsibilities

• Manage, draft, and negotiate global vendor and supplier agreements including MSAs, SOWs, SaaS, and cloud contracts.
• Collaborate with senior counsel and stakeholders across Finance, IT, Marketing, and HR.
• Protect the company’s IP portfolio through management and branding reviews.
• Address AI procurement, data protection (GDPR/CCPA), and information security standards.
