Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Vans is seeking a MBKS Business Analyst to join our international digital sales ecosystem. You will bridge business processes, market requirements, and our global POS solution, collaborating with markets, retail partners and cross‑functional teams.

You will gather and structure requirements, analyze incidents, translate needs into clear functional specifications, and guide markets through changes to improve user experience and system performance.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of business and sales processes in a global, multi-level organization.
Automotive industry experience is desirable.
Knowledge of Windows environments, networks, and relational databases; reading XML/JSON structures is a plus.
Strong communication skills; ability to explain topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary analytical partner for international markets using the POS system and translate business needs into functional requirements.
Gather, structure, and evaluate market requirements and assess impacts on functionalities.
Analyze incidents, defects, and market feedback to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with development, operations, and service providers to clarify requirements and validate proposals.
Support markets in planning upcoming software changes and releases; review scope and impacts.
Review and test system implementations and new features end-to-end for quality and market alignment.
Facilitate workshops and clarify requirements to support decision-making and delivery.
Contribute analytical insights for future POS system improvements, including UX enhancements.
