Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or related field)
• Proven experience in Program Management in manufacturing, design, or repair environments
• Demonstrated cross-functional project or program management experience
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally (<10%) as required

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support for AMRT global teams using Smartsheet, Tableau, and MS Office
• Create and manage detailed program plans and schedules for assigned programs
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to manage budgets and invoicing
• Work with Engineering, Services, Product Management, and Supply Chain to drive efficiency and standardization
• Lead cross-functional program reviews and stakeholder engagement
• Participate in technical and business reviews and lead tollgate reviews
• Ensure adherence to RTQMS standards for quality and safety
• Champion lean methodologies and standard work across Operations and AMRT
