Woodward Poland Sp.zo.o is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead customer-facing workstreams within international production transition programs. You will coordinate customer requirements, APQP deliverables and quality/compliance topics, ensuring readiness and timely decisions.

You will drive cross-functional teams, manage risks, and present concise status updates while coordinating with stakeholders in the US and global partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Management or related field.
• At least 10 years of project/program management in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with production transfers, industrialization or new product introduction.
• APQP, Part-145 knowledge and quality/compliance deliverables are advantageous.
• Ability to lead international cross-functional teams with no direct authority.
• Fluent English and willingness to work with US-time zone collaboration.

• Lead customer-facing workstreams for international production transfers.
• Own plans for customer requirements and APQP deliverables with closure.
• Coordinate questions, dependencies and readiness reviews with customers.
• Align cross-functional teams for product, process, tooling, and quality readiness.
• Manage production transfer quality topics, open issues and launch readiness.
• Develop integrated project plans, risk registers and action logs.
• Identify risks, assign owners and escalation paths; present status updates.
• Lead project reviews and customer update meetings with documented actions.
