Job summary

DGS Diagnostics is seeking a Business Process Partner – PLM to develop and optimize PLM processes across the global Diagnostics organization. You will work with stakeholders from manufacturing, R&D, IT, and other functions to implement improvements in ARAS and PLM processes and to support training and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with a PLM system, with ARAS Innovator as a plus.
• Experience in PLM implementation, deployment, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in business support, system administration, or process coordination.
• Technical degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, IT, or related field.
• Interest in business processes, systems, and continuous improvement; familiarity with ECO, ECR, NPI, R&D, Master Data.
• Analytical and structured problem solving; strong communication with stakeholders; proactive teamwork.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive process and system improvements within the PLM area.
• Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into functional requirements and proposals.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external partners to implement improvements.
• Support ARAS and PLM projects, including testing and change management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of global PLM processes.
• Deliver training sessions and maintain process and system documentation.
• Coordinate PLM-related activities and support collaboration across the organization.
