Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a visionary leader to head Global PV Data Management from Poland, guiding a cross regional team across Europe, Asia-Pacific and the United States. The role blends people leadership with data and technology to improve safety data processes.

You will drive automation, optimize workflows, manage priorities, and deliver high quality data insights. Collaboration with PV, IT, vendors and stakeholders is essential to advance systems and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience with pharmacovigilance databases (Argus/ARISg).
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead and develop a global PV Data Management team.
• Manage PV Data Management operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong people leadership, with the ability to develop and motivate the team.
• Strong technical expertise in PV Data Management, including pharmacovigilance databases, data models, SQL/PLSQL, reporting and data analysis.
• Solid knowledge of pharmacovigilance, including PV processes and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities for yourself and others.
• Curiosity and a continuous-learning mindset.
• Experience in project management and report validation.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• University degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience working with pharmacovigilance databases such as Argus or ARISg and demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering projects while achieving defined objectives.

For questions about this, our pay philosophy, and available benefits, the minimum salary for this position is 240000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
