Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a data-driven professional for our Pharmacovigilance Data Management team in Warsaw. You will generate reports from PV databases, develop SQL queries, and help automate reporting with VBA and AI while translating business needs into reliable solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports from pharmacovigilance databases.
• Develop, validate and standardize SQL/PLSQL queries.
• Support automation initiatives using VBA and AI technologies.

• Investigate data quality issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate with PV tech, Safety Writing, Regulatory and IT teams.
• Support improvements to Cognos-based reporting tools and processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Generate accurate periodic and ad-hoc reports from pharmacovigilance database.
• Develop, validate and standardize SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Support the development of innovative automation solutions using technologies such as VBA and AI.
• Translate business needs into reliable reporting solutions.
• Investigate data-quality issues, identify root causes and coordinate resolution.
• Partner with other PV technology team, Safety Writing, Regulatory, IT and other global functions.
• Support improvements to reporting tools (Cognos based), processes and systems.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience with pharmacovigilance database reporting, SQL and data analysis.
• Ability to interpret complex data and explain findings clearly.
• Strong collaboration, organization and attention to data quality.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Life Sciences or a related field.

VALUABLE, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

• Experience with Cognos reporting tools.
• Knowledge of VBA or other reporting automation technologies.
• Basic knowledge of Japanese, although this is purely a nice-to-have skill.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 112000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
