Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to head the Global PV Data Management team. You will oversee data management operations and guide a global staff across regions, driving timely, high-quality delivery.

The role requires deep PV data expertise, strong leadership and a proven track record in project management, with a focus on process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. A hybrid work model and global exposure await.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience working with pharmacovigilance databases such as Argus or ARISg and demonstrated experience managing and developing teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering projects while achieving defined objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong people leadership , with the ability to develop and motivate the team.
• Strong technical expertise in PV Data Management , including pharmacovigilance databases, data models, SQL/PLSQL, reporting and data analysis.
• Solid knowledge of pharmacovigilance , including PV processes and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills , with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Strong planning and organizational skills , with the ability to manage competing priorities for yourself and others.
• Curiosity and a continuous-learning mindset.
• Experience in project management and report validation.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 240000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
