Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to join our Customer Support team. You will work on day-to-day operations and long-term projects to build scalable processes that deliver excellent support at scale.

Focus areas include implementing scalable support systems, collaborating with Product and Engineering to reduce recurring issues, and leveraging data and AI to drive continuous improvements in customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer support operations through various projects, including onboarding external providers and redesigning how support is organized.
• Build and improve scalable support systems, such as help centers, chatbots, automated flows, and AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues and translate insights into product improvements.
• Shape the support experience for newly acquired products by integrating operations, tools, and processes.
• Use data and AI to measure support performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
