AUTODOC, a leading European online auto parts platform, is hiring a Global Payroll Manager to drive global payroll delivery and transformation. You will lead a multinational team across Germany, Ukraine, Moldova, Czechia, Poland and Portugal while coordinating with external providers to ensure compliant, efficient payroll operations.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-country European setup.
• 3+ years managing remotely collaborating, multi-country payroll teams.
• Vendor & audit management experience.
• Transformation with automation, system implementations (e.g. Workday).
• Strong analytical skills using Google Workspace and Gemini for AI-assisted workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, HR; payroll certification preferred.
• Fluency in both English and German; strong stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Oversee global payroll delivery across 13 countries.
• Manage external providers via SLAs, quality reviews, and audits.
• Lead automation initiatives with AI and n8n to scale payroll.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, social security and labour laws; own controls and audits.
• Maintain end-to-end payroll data on Jira; provide consolidated reporting to Finance.
• Lead, mentor and develop payroll team across six countries; manage budgets.
