ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) is seeking a Global P&C Claims Transformation Lead to own cross-market transformation initiatives that improve ERGO’s claims performance.
You will bridge strategic vision and market-level delivery, turning ideas into measurable results and collaborating with diverse teams across borders. This role focuses on leading global transformations, translating strategic frameworks into practical solutions, and driving adoption of best practices with local claims
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in transformation, claims management, or consulting with a focus on operational excellence.
- Proven success delivering complex, multi-market projects to tangible results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with KPI interpretation.
- Experience influencing and collaborating across diverse functions and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of global claims transformation projects from process optimization to analytics.
- Translate strategic frameworks into practical, market-ready solutions.
- Partner with local claims teams to embed Group standards with market regulations.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify improvements, drive best-practice adoption.
- Act as transformation partner across Motor, Property, Legal Protection and Liability.
