Job summary

Premier Research Poland is seeking a Senior Project Manager Oncology to lead cross-functional global projects within our Oncology team. You will coordinate Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs to deliver milestones and maintain project profitability.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree in a science field, 5+ years of PM experience in CRO/Pharma, strong budgeting skills, and proven ability to manage complex oncology trials across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical, biological or science field or equivalent
• 5+ years of Project Management in CRO/Pharma/Biotech/Specialty Pharma
• Budget/finance/costing experience on a project level
• Experience in managing complex trials, multiple phases and full lifecycle
• Global experience required; oncology indications knowledge

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global project team across Regulatory, Clinical Ops, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety to meet milestones
• Manage project budget and scope to ensure profitability
• Ensure tasks align with project plans and Premier Research processes
• Act as primary liaison with customers and chair team meetings
• Assist in Business Development including proposals and presentations
• Develop relationships with clients to generate new/add-on business
