B. Braun Group in Poland is seeking an experienced Controlling Specialist to support controlling projects, S/4HANA implementations, and GBS service rollouts, with a focus on test planning and UAT documentation in assigned areas.

You will standardize CO processes, assist month-end closing and group reporting, and collaborate closely with IT and other business teams while leveraging SAP CO and related modules.

Advanced English (min B2) and willingness to travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Controlling area (mandatory).
• Experience in GBS/SSC environment (mandatory).
• Advanced SAP knowledge in CO, preferably including intermodules.
• Knowledge of other modules: SAP FI, PP, SD, PS and MM would be nice to have.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point.
• Higher education in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, Business, IT and related fields.
• Experience in complex projects (e.g. S/4HANA implementation), Supervisor/Lead role would be a benefit.
• Advanced English proficiency - at least B2 level (spoken and written).
• Other foreign languages would be nice to have (German, Spanish, French).

Responsibilities

• Active participation in Controlling Projects (e.g. S/4HANA implementation, GBS service rollouts).
• Contribute to test plans definition, conduct tests and document test results during S/4 User Acceptance Tests.
• Standardization and harmonization of CO processes, including close cooperation with IT and other Business Teams.
• Support in Month-End Closing Activities (including Inventory Valuation) and Group Reporting, especially in area of process and technical errors handling.
