In this permanent full-time role, you will maintain the central model inventory, coordinate validation schedules, update policies, and create dashboards highlighting remediation progress and key risks, while collaborating with Risk

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Model Validation, including governance frameworks.
• At least 2 years with Databricks, Power BI and SQL; others are a plus.
• Experience in risk management, quantitative analysis, or financial markets.
• Knowledge of energy sector or commodities markets is valued.
• Strong analytical, detail-focused, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the central model inventory and governance processes.
• Prepare and coordinate model validation schedules with stakeholders.
• Own and update the Model Validation Policy across development and usage.
• Create management reports and dashboards on validation status and risks.
• Collaborate with Model Validation Team, Risk Management, and Model Owners.
