Join our dynamic team at Vialto Partners as a Tax Specialist, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with international employees, focusing on global mobility compliance and the preparation of personal income tax (PIT) declarations. This role requires excellent English communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to handling various tax-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handles international employees' tax compliance, primarily focusing on preparing personal income tax (PIT) declarations.
  • Communicates effectively with English-speaking clients regarding the tasks performed.
  • Analyzes client data to ensure accurate and efficient tax settlements.
  • Collaborates closely with other team members to provide high-quality service and support.
  • Supports the database management and maintenance related to tax documentation.
  • Prepares various tax settlements, including creating PIT returns and coordinating tax settlements on a global scale.
  • Provide support in obtaining and analyzing data from clients for accurate tax reporting.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level in both speaking and writing.
  • A positive attitude toward learning and acquiring new processes.
  • Demonstrated responsibility for assigned tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
