Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering R&D within global industrial environments.
• 10+ years of direct and indirect leadership experience managing teams across multiple regions.
• Proven ability to influence in a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mechanical Engineering Discipline worldwide, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Define and deploy global standards and methodologies for mechanical design.
• Support global resource planning and capacity management for engineering teams.
