Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources is seeking a General Ledger Accountant to support GL activities, month-end close, and process improvements across markets. You will ensure accurate financial data and collaborate with auditors and finance teams.

The role requires a solid accounting background, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with internal stakeholders and international teams. Fluency in English, Serbian, and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in General Ledger accounting and month-end closing.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial data.
• Fluency in English, Serbian, and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals and prepayments.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and analyze General Ledger accounts.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting and related activities.
• Prepare reporting packages and management analyses.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders.
