Job summary
Haleon is seeking a Business Process Expert for Lead to Cash to shape and improve customer-facing processes across the organisation. You will collaborate with the BPO and functional teams to define future-state solutions, standardise global ways of working and drive adoption of end-to-end processes in order-to-cash, invoicing and customer service.

Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or Customer Supply Chain within a complex global organization.
- Strong understanding of customer-facing Lead to Cash processes including onboarding, order to cash, invoicing and customer service.
- Experience with ERP/ERP Order-to-Cash and CRM platforms such as Veeva/Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve future-state Lead to Cash processes.
- Lead workshops and governance discussions to drive decisions and alignment.
- Design scalable, standardized processes for Haleon’s global operating model.
- Support implementation, change adoption and business readiness activities.
- Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement post go-live.
