Job summary

Solaris Laser Sp. z o.o. in Warszawa seeks a Technical Service & Support Specialist to drive global product support for Solaris & Markem-Imaje offerings, covering hardware, software, and integration.

You will work with aftersales and engineering teams to resolve complex issues, contribute to product evolution, and ensure a top-tier customer experience across regions. Travel roughly 10–15% may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a technical role handling customer issues.
• Electromechanical knowledge in an industrial setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English (B2+).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% and driver’s license B.
• Familiarity with IP networking; JIRA/TRELO and SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, application, and documentation support for hardware, software, and integration.
• Collaborate with aftersales, presales, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to product evolution with a focus on customer experience and serviceability.
• Resolve technical issues escalated from global teams and partners.
• Identify corrective actions through root-cause analysis.
• Share product and application knowledge with service, sales, and other functions.
