Job summary

Vaillant Group in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a Service Delivery Lead & Service Coordinator to own end-to-end IT Operations services and drive continuous improvement. You will align service roadmaps with Group IT objectives and coordinate internal teams with external providers.

We value a university degree in IT/Business informatics, ITIL knowledge, and strong stakeholder management. English fluency is essential, German is a plus, and experience with ServiceNow is beneficial.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT/Business Informatics or related field.
• ITIL certification is an advantage.
• Experience as IT Service Manager or Service Delivery Manager with external providers.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for defined IT Operations services.
• Monitor service levels and KPIs; drive improvements.
• Coordinate internal teams and external nearshore/offshore providers.
• Conduct regular service reviews with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Manage major incidents, escalations, and communications.
• Own service roadmaps and align with Group IT objectives.
• Coordinate the ITSM Practice Hub within Group IT.
• Develop governance, standards, and reporting across the org.
• Define KPIs, reviews, and reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborate with IT Process, Quality & Risk teams.
