Job summary

Sourceful ICT, part of IG&H, seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex technology transitions within Procurement. You will coordinate the HBS (GBS) transition plan and align it with the central technology roadmap to ensure timelines, access, and ownership are clear.

Operate with global and local teams, manage risks and budgets, and ensure smooth handover to BAU. PMP/PRINCE2 certified professionals with SAP/Zycus/Edicom experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technology or transformation projects.
• Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with global and local teams.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Experience with system implementation, transition, or shared-services projects.
• Clear and practical communication style.
• Good knowledge of JIRA, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and project-reporting tools.
• Experience in Procurement or Source-to-Pay.
• Experience with HBS, GBS, or shared-services transitions.
• Knowledge of Procurement systems such as SAP, Zycus, Ironclad, EDICOM, or similar platforms
• Project-management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2

Responsibilities

• Manage the central Procurement technology plan for HBS (GBS)
• Coordinate activities across HBS (GBS), Procurement, central D&T, OpCo teams, and technology owners
• Identify the central Procurement systems required for each transition
• Confirm whether existing systems can be used or whether changes are required
• Align technology deployments with the HBS (GBS) transition roadmap
• Ensure system access, licences, integrations, data, and support are ready
• Coordinate technology activities for discovery, knowledge transfer, testing, go-live, and stabilization
• Track deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions
• Ensure clear ownership across central teams, OpCos, and HBS (GBS)
• Escalate blockers and unclear decisions early
• Provide simple and clear status reporting to stakeholders
• Coordinate the handover from the project to BAU support
