Zurich Insurance Group in Warsaw is seeking an Underwriting Service Specialist for International Industrial Insurance. You will implement and coordinate policies for major industrial risks, focusing on property, liability, and technical lines, while supporting brokers and customers in a multinational environment.

The role requires experience in international insurance, strong communication, and solid IT skills, especially MS-Excel.

Formación

• Experience in international insurance, fronting business, non-life underwriting, or reinsurance.
• Understanding of non-life products, services and operations (Property, Liability, Technical).
• Excellent communication, networking and customer-focused skills, combined with a precise way of working and a strong sense of responsibility and accuracy.
• Very good IT skills (MS-Excel).
• Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written); German language skills are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Implementation and coordination of policies for the risks of our major international industrial customers (focus on property, liability and technical insurance) – both receiving and producing.
• Support the seamless experience of customers and brokers with our services.
• Use of specialist systems, Zurich's internal network and direct communication with brokers and customers.
• Observe key performance indicators including the speed of local policy issuance, premium collection etc.
• Maintaining the quality of data in administrative systems and assuring the consistency of local insurance policies and our commitment to the global customer.
