Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward looking and innovative business unit with global reach and opportunity to develop. Our preferred candidate will have experience of working internationally. We are a small HR team with a focus on implementing the Collections business strategy, supported by the wider Atradius HR team on specific local topics such as policy, procedure and individual employee topics.

This is a full-time position located at our office in Warsaw, Poland.

In this position your key responsibilities will be:

• Working at an international level to assist in designing, developing and implementing appropriate organisational models to support business unit strategy
• Supporting global leadership team in implementing strategy at regional level
• Supporting change management in order to prepare the organisation for the future:
  • Training and development in close cooperation with the Atradius Academy
  • Succession planning
  • Talent development
  • Organizational development
  • Management coaching
• Providing HR support:
  • Hiring for senior level positions
  • Providing support with the annual pay review and appraisal processes
• Driving and embedding our desired culture and ESG strategy
• Supporting Unit merger, acquisitions and diversification strategy

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years in HR Generalist or Business Partner roles—preferably within corporate contexts
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities
• Capability to analyze data, interpret trends, and propose actionable solutions
• Ability to handle fast-paced environments with discretion and integrity
• Team player – able to self-motivate and work on own initiative
• Willingness to travel internationally
