Job summary

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA in Szczecin seeks an experienced GL Team Leader to oversee end-to-end accounting processes within our Shared Service Center.

You will drive performance, set goals, and coordinate with global teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data. Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience in SSC/BPO.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader/Coordinator/Senior.
• Excellent understanding of GL processes and ability to improve these processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues across interconnected systems.
• Good planning and organizational skills, adaptable to change.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GL team and manage end-to-end processes and service delivery.
• Set goals, provide feedback, conduct reviews, and support recruitment.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities with accuracy and deadlines.
• Transfer knowledge and transition projects from local offices while ensuring onboarding.
• Monitor performance, workloads, and SLAs to ensure high quality and efficiency.
• Coach team members and support professional development.
