Job summary

OPmobility SE is seeking a detail-oriented General Ledger Accountant to join our Finance team in Kraków. You will support GL and intercompany activities, post journal entries, manage month-end close, and ensure accurate financial reporting in a collaborative, international environment.

You will work across Finance and Shared Services, partnering with teams across functions and countries. A degree in accounting/finance and 1–3 years of experience, plus fluency in Polish and English, are required,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting, finance operations, or Shared Services experience.
• Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support General Ledger and intercompany accounting activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, provisions, and prepayments.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with fixed assets and other balance sheet accounts.
• Aid in financial reporting and maintain accounting documentation.
• Monitor accounting KPIs and identify process improvements and automation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Group policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Shared Services.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
