Job summary

Justjoin is hiring a Hardware & Systems Testing Specialist to join a well-established international gaming company. Based around Bydgoszcz, this hybrid role requires regular travel to client sites across Poland and Europe for inspections, testing, and certification activities.

Ideal candidates have a degree in IT/electronics/engineering, fluent Polish and English, and a willingness to travel. Company car and full equipment are provided, with onboarding and training included.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT / electronics / electrical engineering (preferred).
• Fluent Polish and communicative English.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Poland and Europe.
• Active driving licence (Category B).
• EU passport or valid right to travel within Europe.
• Basic MS Office / computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Test gaming hardware and software systems.
• Conduct technical inspections of devices.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Verify compliance with industry regulations.
• Support clients during inspection and testing processes.
