Demant Polska is seeking a Global Freight Analyst to turn transportation data into insights and scalable tools, supporting Global Freight, Operations, and Finance across performance, spend, sourcing, business cases, savings, and sustainability.

The role will develop standardized tools and analytical frameworks to improve transparency of freight cost drivers, translating complex data into actionable insights while advancing AI and automation in freight analytics.

Qualifications

Solid experience within freight/transport or logistics, understanding how networks and pricing impact cost.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with large datasets.
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for dashboards and analyses.
Ability to develop robust business cases, baselines and scenario analyses.

Responsibilities

Analyze global freight spend, trends and variances to identify cost drivers.
Develop tools and analytical models to understand rate, volume, service levels, fuel and surcharges impacts.
Compare actual vs expected freight cost using data from TMS and invoices; identify deviations and actions.
Provide analytical support to markets lacking freight capabilities and strengthen cost management.
