Job summary

Signify is seeking a Finished Goods Planner to join our Supply Chain team. You will ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and drive supply chain excellence across our international network.

You’ll manage replenishment, release purchase orders, maintain planning master data, and support New Product Introductions. You’ll collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and favorable stock turns.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Ideally 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, or a similar area.
• Strong knowledge of planning tools such as SAP R/3, IBP, APO or equivalent systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product availability across the assigned portfolio.
• Manage inventory replenishment processes and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Maintain planning master data and planning parameters in line with company guidelines.
• Create and manage intake plans across the planning horizon.
• Release purchase orders according to the supply plan and follow up on supplier confirmations.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities through the PIPO process.
• Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor supply chain performance and proactively resolve fulfillment issues.
• Analyze inventory quality and availability outlook, escalating risks when needed.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive cost-saving initiatives.
