Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an Enterprise Management Risk Analyst/Consultant in its CFO&EV team. You will work on risk management across enterprise and regulatory dimensions, applying data-driven insights and advanced analytics to strengthen client risk capabilities.

The role involves travel to client sites across Europe and collaboration with multinational teams. Ideal candidates bring ERM experience, knowledge of risk platforms, and proficiency in English plus another major European language.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of risk management experience (ERM, compliance, operational risk management, ESG risks).
• Knowledge of Enterprise risk management framework, regulatory frameworks and relevant platforms.
• Ability to provide structured approach to identify, assess, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Proficient level in English and either German, French, Italian or Spanish (written & spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data management awareness.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a risk management analyst with global teams to develop solutions.
• Shaping thought leadership around current and emerging risk topics.
• Using quantitative skills to model insights and gather data.
• Advise and implement ERM frameworks and risk tools.
