Job summary

Faria Education Group seeks a Project Management Lead to set the standard for project execution across all regions and personally lead our largest client engagements, including multi-school districts. You will build and refine frameworks, mentor regional PMs, and ensure structured, seamless delivery from kickoff to completion.

Responsibilities include defining global standards, overseeing enterprise projects, and developing artifacts like WBS and handover protocols.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder client projects.
• Demonstrated experience building project management standards, frameworks, and governance processes.
• Direct experience leading large, highly complex enterprise- or district-level engagements.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership across Sales, Technical Services, and client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain global standards, methodologies, and best practices for scoping, resourcing, running, and closing projects across all regions.
• Personally lead our highest-stakes and most complex client engagements, including multi-school group and district-level software implementations.
• Build and standardize core project management artifacts, including WBS, task-estimation models, sign-off documents, and handover protocols.
• Guide regional Project Managers on high-risk projects and mentor team members to develop project leaders.
• Enforce a rigorous sign-off process for enterprise projects across Sales, Services, and Support.
• Oversee global resourcing discipline and delivery timelines across concurrent projects.
• Represent Project Management in cross-departmental strategy conversations.
