Job summary

GERFLOR is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to shape the future of its global CRM platform from Poznañ (PL). You will design and develop new features, customize CRM solutions with C#, .NET and JavaScript, and build integrations, plugins and APIs.

In the Digital Factory, you will analyze business requirements, deliver scalable solutions, support operations at Level 3, and collaborate with stakeholders across Europe, ensuring high-quality deployments and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
Strong development skills in C#, .NET and JavaScript.
Experience with Power Platform.
Knowledge of Dataverse, SQL and REST APIs.
Good understanding of CRM or Sales business processes.
Professional English.
Valid working permit for fulltime job in Poland.

Responsibilities

Design and develop new features in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Customize and enhance CRM solutions using C#, .NET and JavaScript.
Develop integrations, plugins, workflows and APIs.
Work with Power Platform technologies (Power Apps & Power Automate).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Resolve complex technical issues as Level 3 Support.
Contribute to application performance, deployments and continuous improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners worldwide.
