Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Kraków, Poland seeks a DIMETRA TETRA Systems Product Manager to drive the lifecycle of our product portfolio, prioritizing backlog and guiding feature sets with input from engineering, design, sales, strategy and marketing. You will deliver solutions to a global market and shape go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of related experience in product management, product marketing, offer management or sales.
• Technical background with understanding of hardware/software development processes.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and lifecycle management of DIMETRA TETRA systems portfolio.
• Prioritize product backlog and data-driven feature decisions; define release timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, strategy and marketing to deliver global solutions.
• Define strategic roadmaps from ideation to rollout and monitor KPIs to measure success.
