Job summary

Andersen is looking for a Project Manager to join international projects, coordinating teams and ensuring smooth delivery of innovative digital solutions across global industries.

You will manage scope, timelines, and deliverables; coordinate daily activities and team communication; plan tasks with stakeholders; monitor progress and risks; facilitate regular meetings; maintain documentation; support resource planning; and ensure adherence to Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software dev, QA, test automation, or business analysis.
• 1+ year of managerial ownership of delivery and team outcomes.
• Strong system thinking and cross-functional delivery understanding.
• Data-driven mindset with metrics guiding decisions.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and PM practices.
• Proficient with Jira/Confluence or similar PM tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
