Job summary

Ness Solution in Warsaw seeks a technical leader to head our Systems Engineering team, balancing architectural oversight with people management to scale infrastructure handling billions in transactions.

This UoP role is hybrid, with 2 days in the office (Wola) and 3 days remote. You will drive cloud infrastructure evolution (GCP/AWS), IaC adoption (Terraform/Ansible), containerization, and robust CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with global leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Systems/DevOps Engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong cloud experience (GCP or AWS) and Kubernetes.
• IaC experience with Terraform/Ansible; proven CI/CD pipeline expertise (Jenkins, Harness or similar).
• Familiarity with PCI DSS and security/stability.
• Fluent Polish and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Engineers.
• Define roadmap for cloud infrastructure evolution (GCP/AWS) and CI/CD automation.
• Drive IaC adoption, containerization, and microservices patterns.
