Job summary

Arjo is seeking a Design Assurance & Process Development Manager to join our Product Development & Engineering Excellence team. This role will be pivotal in influencing processes and ensuring product quality across our global organization.

You will lead improvement initiatives, drive alignment, and support teams while focusing on continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Product Development, Design Assurance, and understanding of medical device regulations.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience within Product Development & Engineering or related area.
• Strong understanding of product development processes in regulated environment.
• Experience working with medical device regulations and quality requirements.

• Coordinate Design Assurance activities across Product Development & Engineering.
• Develop, maintain, and standardize processes and procedures.
