You will forecast demand for multiple product lines, align with commercial and product management, and drive improvements in forecasting processes. The role focuses on coordinating with supply chain and operations to maintain accurate demand plans and reports, using forecasting tools and data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of supply chain experience.
• Degree in supply chain preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts at multiple aggregation levels for short-term and long-term planning.
• Review historical sales trends and demand drivers to prepare forecast data.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to reconcile variances and refine the forecast model.
• Collaborate with commercial and product management to ensure accurate demand inputs.
• Utilize Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting tool.
• Communicate changes in demand plans with supply chain and operations.
• Prepare reports on demand planning processes and metrics.
• Track performance against forecasts and business plans (e.g., wMAPE, FVA).
