Job summary

Craftware Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead CRM project delivery and ensure adherence to best practices across initiatives.

You will monitor performance, drive improvements, and manage risks while coordinating with stakeholders to align CRM outcomes with business goals. The role requires hands-on CRM delivery experience, strong coaching skills, and proven ability to implement delivery standards and KPIs within IT or consulting environments.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience delivering CRM projects such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Several years in delivery management, project or program management, or PMO roles in IT or consulting.
• Experience defining and improving delivery standards, frameworks and quality processes.
• Good knowledge of delivery KPIs, project health monitoring and risk management.
• Experience coaching or mentoring project managers and delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to link delivery to business outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid and traditional delivery approaches.
