Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in digital transformation
• Experience with data and processes (airline industry is a plus)
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Experience in process design and optimization
• Excellent stakeholder management across all levels of the organization
• Proactive, flexible and solution-oriented mindset
• Very good command of English (German is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Implement data governance and data quality frameworks for finance data
• Design pragmatic and compliant solutions for data access control and data sharing
• Collaborate with Lufthansa Group standardization bodies on governance frameworks
• Identify stakeholders and ensure onboarding and rollout of new policies
• Act as a consultant for data owners, data scientists, and business analysts
• Participate in data-related projects
• Drive a data quality first mindset and define quality metrics
• Lead cross-domain initiatives (e.g. data catalogue)
• Ensure transparent communication of initiatives and results
• Build and maintain a strong network within the Lufthansa Group data community
• Perform all other duties assigned by supervisors
