Job summary

Sii Poland, part of the Business Services Competency Center in Warsaw, is inviting applicants for a Data Management Specialist role within a project for an international financial institution. You will work with Excel, reconcile dividends, update internal systems, and coordinate with teams around the world.

Onboarding in central Warsaw with possible partial remote after probation. On this role you will contribute to accurate data handling, strict timeliness, and cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Students or graduates from Economics, Finance, or Linguistics.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Residing in Poland is required.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile dividend-related transactions and events.
• Support mergers, liquidations, and other investment lifecycle events.
• Updating data in internal systems.
• Verifying data on clients' investments in investment funds.
• Transferring data between banking systems and ensuring its correctness.
• Analysing data discrepancies in Excel.
• Communicating with other international teams to detect irregularities in internal databases.
• Ensuring that internal process deadlines are met.
