Job summary

Phoenix Contact in Poland is seeking a Data Center Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day activities within Data Center projects and strategic initiatives. You will track milestones, action items, dependencies and deadlines while coordinating cross-functional meetings and governance processes.

The role requires strong English and German, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a comparable field
• First professional experience in project coordination
• Very good command of English and German
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Microsoft Copilot, and project management tools
• Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment is an advantage
• Working hours must support regular collaboration with the USA

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities within Data Center projects and strategic initiatives
• Track project milestones, action items, dependencies, decisions and deadlines
• Follow up with stakeholders on agreed actions, deliverables and open topics
• Organize and facilitate project reviews, steering committee meetings, workshops and cross-functional meetings
• Maintain project plans, action trackers, dashboards, status reports and documentation structures
• Consolidate input from stakeholders and prepare management presentations, reports and decision-making materials
• Support governance processes and ensure proper documentation of decisions, actions and outcomes
• Escalate delays, risks, or unresolved issues to the responsible Program Manager or Head of Data Center
