Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Clearance Broker to collaborate with Customs for on-time clearance and delivery. You will ensure checks, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance, while communicating with clients to obtain needed information and resolve issues.

The ideal candidate demonstrates fluent English, strong communication, and detail orientation, thriving in a multinational setting with solid computer skills and time management.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1) is required.
• Team player with can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Work with customs entry documentation – paperwork supplied with the shipment.
• Check if all customs documentation is completed correctly.
• Contact clients by email and phone to provide missing information for clearance.
• Ensure correct identification and input of shipment information into appropriate systems.
• Produce and validate customs data and paperwork to support timely clearance.
• Ensure accuracy within a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
