Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Wroclaw, Poland seeks a Validation Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will join a global team to design, validate and continuously improve Boehringer Ingelheim’s processes using agile principles and tools.

You will coordinate change requests, perform impact analyses, review documents and ensure a validated state of systems, while supporting daily operations and KPI/SLA achievement. English fluency and 2–4 years in Validation Management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, sciences, pharmaceuticals or biotechnology or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of GxP regulations is a plus.
• Experience with Master Data or Reference Data is advantageous.
• Experience with Test and Change Management is beneficial.
• Experience with Agile methods (SCRUM, Kanban) and JIRA is advantageous.
• Agile, accountable and entrepreneurial mindset with solution and result orientation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities including prioritization.
• Good communication and structured work approach.

Responsibilities

• Apply validation rules to ensure changes are managed correctly in collaboration with local experts and cloud suppliers.
• Support daily operation of validated processes and applications.
• Ensure processes and systems remain compliant and in a validated state.
• Manage execution and documentation of testing activities.
• Apply Agile methods and tools in projects.
• Contribute to KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Multitask effectively and manage workload to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
