HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Kraków seeks a Commerce Data Domain Lead to shape and execute our data strategy. You will ensure high-quality, future-proof data supports global initiatives, analytics, and AI-driven innovation across the commercial organization.

You will collaborate with product owners, local operating companies, and global teams to align priorities, standards, and timelines, while guiding data governance, modeling, and quality across the domain.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data, sales, or marketing roles.
• Led strategic data programs across global settings.
• Proven ability to align across global stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of data governance and quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute HEINEKEN Commerce data strategy.
• Coordinate with business product owners, local and global teams.
• Develop data capabilities from business requirements and translate to data specs.
• Lead agile delivery of data assets within the Commerce Data Domain and manage local data stewards.
• Ensure KPI data quality and alignment with data quality standards.
• Collaborate with other Data Domain Leads to resolve cross-domain requirements.
