Job summary

Faria Education Group, a global education technology leader, is seeking a Middle DevOps / SRE Engineer to maintain a multi-cloud production environment and keep systems fast, secure, and reliable. You will automate deployments, support developers, and participate in follow-the-sun operations.

We value 3+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong AWS experience, IaC with Terraform/Ansible, and solid Linux, networking, and monitoring skills. English at B2+ is essential; a global, distributed team awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps/SRE with hands-on AWS experience.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and multi-cloud deployment.
• Proficient in IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines.
• English at least B2+ and good communication.
• Solid troubleshooting and incident management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and improve production infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• Automate deployments and infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve stability, performance, and security to prevent incidents.
• Respond to incidents within SLA; troubleshoot and drive RCAs.
• Support developers and participate in on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with global teams following-the-sun model.
