Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a senior Cloud Architect to lead the development, operation, and governance of HEINEKEN’s Global Cloud. You will work with outsourcing partners to design scalable infrastructure and translate business needs into technical solutions.

You will own end-to-end cloud delivery, mentor analysts, and ensure alignment with security, cost, and compliance standards while driving continuous improvement across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role within an international environment.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Adoption Framework and Well‑Architected Framework.
• Experience with outsourced managed services, ITIL-based operations, multi‑cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and operation of HEINEKEN’s Global Cloud product, collaborating with outsourcing partners.
• Manage contractual relationships for Global Cloud CSP/MSP partners and support negotiations to optimize value.
• Analyse cloud market trends and propose optimal solutions to meet HEINEKEN business needs.
• Capture stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable user stories and infrastructure requirements.
• Deliver increments each sprint, estimate complexity, and demonstrate outcomes in reviews.
• Design and manage Global Cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and related tooling.
• Ensure services are reliable, secure, compliant, and aligned with HEINEKEN standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and support career growth in cloud practices.
• Promote repeatable adoption practices and drive continuous improvement in cloud governance.
